EOS and Traction are registered trademarks of EOS Worldwide, LLC and are used for descriptive purposes only.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecPulse Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
